We have extensive experience working for Fortune 500 companies in obtaining entitlements and permits for standardized stores.

We have designed and permitted over 25 gas stations and mini markets, many with alcohol, for Exxon, Mobil and Texaco. Moreover, one of America's largest insurance companies has utilized us in the permitting and construction observation services for eight of their Southern California service centers. We have also designed and permitted over 20 AMS Mini Storage facilities in the California Inland Empire. We have also worked with Andreasen Engineering on a Sav-On and a Smart & Final development.

Our business is based on successful presentations before Planning, Architectural, Traffic Safety, Community Service, and Coastal Commissions. We also appear before City Councils and Redevelopment Agencies.

Our forensic architecture is successful through communication with the principals of the development team and working with opposing neighbors and neighborhood organizations, as well as with city planners, engineers and building officials.
